Professional Counselling in Vancouver, BC & Online across BC

Hi, I’m Nicole
MC, BScEE, RCCI am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and EMDR-trained therapist based in Vancouver, BC. Many of my clients come to me during major life transitions or when past experiences, patterns, and relationships are affecting how they feel and function in the present.
I work with people to make meaningful, sustainable changes that help them reconnect with their authentic voice, deepen their relationships, and feel more at home in their lives.
Areas I Support
I work with people at meaningful turning points. Many of the people I work with are carrying things quietly like stress, grief, anxiety, relationship pain, old wounds, or a growing sense that something in life no longer fits.
What to Expect
A gentle path forward, at your pace.
Beginning
Reach out
Send a note, or book a free consultation call.
A brief call
I learn a little about what’s bringing you here. You hear my voice, get a sense of how I work, and ask anything you’d like. Fit matters in therapy, and this call is here to help you feel into it.
First session
You begin to share your story. Together we start to understand what’s happening, and how you want to experience your life differently. Your time here is an investment in yourself, and I want to honour that.
Ongoing
The work
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support your goals. Sometimes I offer a soft place for tender parts of you to land. Other times I gently challenge what’s getting in the way. We slow down on important moments, or use EMDR to reprocess painful memories.
Ending
Moving forward
People are always evolving, and there are seasons that call for extra support. Once you’ve gathered the tools and perspective you need, you may pause, slow the frequency, or close. You live your life, you practice what you’ve learned. And if you’d like a tune-up later, the door stays open.
Finding the right fit matters.
Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters, which is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. This first conversation is an opportunity to ask questions, share whatβs bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of what it feels like to work together.
